1.)  Regional Head – Onitsha

Requirements
Successful candidates will be required  to:

Lead the business development initiatives of the Company for sustainable growth and development in the regionPlan and implement the overall marketing strategy, as well as, coordinate marketing and sales efforts within the regionDesign, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan tor the regionMonitor and ensure the efficiency of the region’s new businesses, policy servicing and claims settlement systemsLead the development of marketing budgets and manage the region’s operating budgetIdentity opportunities to deepen relationship with brokers and clients through marketing events and forumsSupport market and competitor research efforts to ensure that the Company’s products and services are the best in the regionPerform any other duties or serve other roles as required by the Executive Director. Qualification
The right candidates must:

Possess strong knowledge of marketing and in particular, insurancePossess strong knowledge of relationships amongst insurance practitioners in the regionPossess first degree in any business or social science field from a reputable institution of higher learningMembership of CIIN, CIM or second degree will be an added advantage.Possess minimum of ten (10) years experience in marketing/sales, two of which should be in management position in a leading insurance/financial services organization

2.)  Regional Head – Port-Harcourt

Requirements
Successful candidates will be required to:

Follow up business development initiatives of the team directly and indirectlySupport all marketing and sales efforts amongst brokers clients within the regionParticipate in the design and implementation of annual marketing plan for the teamMaintain an efficient record of new and renewal businessesDraw up marketing budgets for specific unitIdentify opportunities to enhance the brand amongst brokers and c1icntsSupport market and competitor research efforts to ensure that the Company’s products and services are the best in the regionPerform any other duties or serve other roles as required by the Marketing Team Lead

Qualification
The right candidates must;

Possess working knowledge of the financial environmentPossess working knowledge 0 f customer needsBe able to perform with minimal supervisionPossess first degree in insurance or social science field from a reputable institution of higher learninga minimum of 2: I upper creditMembership of CIIK  ClM or second degree will be an added advantageMinimum of two years experience in marketing/sales with a leading insurance/financial services organization

4.)  Team Leader – Oil & Gas

Requirement
Successful candidate will be required to:

5.)  Team Leader – Finance & Account

Requirements

Develop and direct the execution of major financial policies and procedures which are consistent and in compliance with current accepted accounting procedures and practices.Ensure preparation of financial statements, budgets. Forecasts of income and expense. cost analysis and related activities.Directs financial reporting and fiscal proceduresEstablish procedures and controls for efficient and effective operations of accounts payable as well as departmental financial and budget reports.Write, monitor and ensure compliance with the organization’s accounting policyCo-ordinate budget development with all department heads and monitors the budget throughout the year.Timely rendition of statutory returnLiaise with external auditors, tax authorities etc to ensure full compliance with regulatory and statutory requirementsMonitor departmental performance against benchmark to ensure achievementCo-ordinate and monitor cost expense management strategiesEnsure timely efficient reconciliation of balance sheet and P&L items .Ensure best practices in both internal and external financial activities.

Requirements

Requirements

Qualification

8.)  Team Leader – Cliams

Requirements

9.) Legal Executive

Requirements

Successful candidate wilf be required to:Implement effective legal strategies that will drive Guinea Insurance strategic objectivesLiaise with External Solicitors for coordination and performance purposes.Drafting of agreements.Writing of minutes.Coordinate the submission of returns to various regulatory Authorities.

The Person
The right candidate must:

Have basic knowledge of insurance law.Must be proficient in litigationPossess excellent communication and drafting skills.Have a first degree in law, with a minimum of second class from a reputable institution of higherleannngHave a minimum of three years post call experience in a reptttable law firm i Financial service Provider.

11.)  Compliance Executive

Requirements
Successful candidate will be required to:

Review payroll monthly.Verify and confirm documents md expenses.Confirms completeness and accuracy of transactions posted operational softwareRoutine audit checks of the all departments and branches.Analyze receipts and debit notes for branches and head office to authenticate production and collection.Report on audit findings and recommendat ions to the head ofinternal audit and cotnpliance.Trace receipts and debit notes into bank tcllers and bank statements for head office accounts and branches transactions.Maintain files/records for audit copies of invoices, debit notes and other documents.Monitor security documents position for the a branches and head office accounts.Conduct monthly review of bank reconciliation ;t statements.

The right candidate must:
