Job Description:
Oando Marketing is currently seeking a Technical Analyst is responsible for generating relevant reports to assist in the monitoring of Key Performance Indicators for management review and assessment regarding tasks and activities within the department.
(Note: All candidates with less than 3 years post NYSC will be required to pass an aptitude test before they can be considered for interview)
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Carries out research and market surveys.
Gathers and organizes information on relevant technology advancement.
Analyzes data and updates database accordingly.
Documents and collate data from research surveys.
Prepares reports for the HOD’s information and review.
Planning Coordination of all departmental meetings. www.naijajobslink.com Also record minutes of the meetings and follow up on all actions arising with appropriate personnel.
Raise purchase requisitions, Engineer’s certificates and other documents for processing vendors bills to ensure prompt and accurate payment.
Follow up with Finance, PS and other departments regarding PRs, POs and payments for jobs done.
Assist in preparation of memos and letters.
Maintain comprehensive tracking for all documents inclusive of, but not limited to the following:
Engineering Drawings
Engineering Certificates/ Payment Records
Approvals
Memos and Letters.
Provide administrative support to all business units in the entire department
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time
Qualification/Experience:
Minimum of B.Sc. (Hons) in Engineering.
Minimum of 1 year post graduation experience in a similar role.
