Customer Care Representative
Location: Lagos
NOSH.NG is actively recruiting to fill the position of Customer Service Representative.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Attend to customer transactions in real-time
– Actively help customers with questions and achieve their needs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to develop and manage a system of operation
- Passionate about customer service
- Not more than 28 years old
- Must live within close proximity to the office location, Lekki
- Must be able to take on night and weekend shifts when required
- Must be Tech Savvy
- Highly entrepreneurial – comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative
- Excellent collaborator and team player
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Good grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Good computer typing speed. This will be tested below.
- Previous experience inFintech, E-commerce related company is an added advantage.
