Required Qualifications and Specifications
First degree/HND, preferably in Personnel ManagementKnowledge of compensation and benefits strategies and processesKnowledge of Project ManagementHave an analytical and results oriented mindMinimum of 6 years’ human resources generalist experienceAwareness of Labour and Industrial relations relevant to the industry Be a self starter2.) Executive Secretary
Reporting to the Executive Management of the company, the candidate will be responsible for:Managing relevant corporate databasesSetting up and maintaining operable filing and retrieval systems.Preparing and managing all relevant correspondenceSchedule managementImplementing and maintaining office systems
Required Qualifications and Specifications
First degree in any field of studyCertification or training as an Executive SecretaryMinimum of 4 years’ experience as an Executive SecretaryMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills
