Job Title: Company Secretary/Head of LegalRef: NPMCO/07/2013
Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversees the Company Secretariat/Legal issues of the Company and reports to the Managing Director. Serves as the secretary to the Board of Directors and will maintain the corporate records of all legal transactions of the Company.
