Our client, is over 10 yrs old in the Pharma industry with a leading position in one chronic disease management and products in many other therapeutic segments. It is currently re-focusing and re-positioning; and urgently required top-performers and Intre-preneurial leaders for the following positions:

1.)Medical Representatives (Lagos, Abeokuta, Kaduna, Kano, Abuja, Maiduguri, Onitsha, Aba, Jos, Akure, Benin City).

The Medical Representatives are expected primarily to create awareness amongst relevant healthcare professionals. He/She is also carry out relationship marketing and management with the trade and institutional buyers within their territory.

Qualifications
B Pharm/ B.Sc in biological Sciences1-2 years of post NYSC experience is a great advantageSingle- minded focus on delivering resultMust be willing, able and qualified to driveHigh integrity index
Strong persuasion capabilities, good communication/presentation skillsA self starter with good knowledge of Pharmaceutical sales/Hospital systemAn excellent knowledge of the territory2.) Regional Sales Managers (West and Lagos/Ogun)

Successful candidates will be the regional Chief Sales and Business Development officer for their respective regions. He/She will Lead and Manage a team of Medical Representatives and deliver regional sales and marketing objectives. He must be a sell-starter with a focus on Delivering Results through the trade, institutions and alternate channels

Qualifications

B. Pharm with minimum of 7-yr post qualification experience in the Pharma industry with at least 2-year as Area/Regional Sales ManagerSenior Medical Reps, at least 5 years experience in multi-national environment and in-dept knowledge of the region may also apply Applicants must show demonstrable track record of performancePossession of hospital detailing experience is compulsoryMust be willing, able and qualified to drive B. Sc in Biological sciences with 8-vearenperience, 2 of which must be as a sales Manager may also applyHigh integrity indexMBA is a definite advantage
3.) Product Manager

The role is development, proposition implementation of marketing/corporate objectives and strategies for assigned brands. He will be responsible for market and marketing research and analysis.

Qualifications
B. Pharrn or B.Sc. with at least 2-3 years experience as a product/brand managerMBA is a definite advantage.Proven track record of performanceStrong analytical skills with ability to work with little or no supervision
4.) Sales and Marketing Manager
The successful candidate is to be the Chief Sates anti Chief Customer Officer, Managing, Leading and Directing a team of Regional Sales Managers. Medical Representatives anti Product
Manager/Marketing Support staff to Deliver corporate sales and market objectives. A key plank of his responsibility is Business Development both within the Trade and Institutions.

Qualifications
B Pharm. An MBA is a definite advantageProven track record of performanceStrong analytical skills with ability to develop and design processes and policiesDemonstrable knowledge of Pan -Nigeria Pharmaceutical distribution network15 years in the industry, the last 3 must be as head of Sales/Marketing. Senior Regional Managers/minimum of 5yrs as a Sales Manager) with experience in at least 2 geopolitical zones may also apply
