Job Title: DIVISIONAL ADMIN MANAGER

Level: Level 6 (M3)

Reports To: ADMINISTRATION MANAGER, HQ

Context/Scope:

A key contributor to the success of Guinness Nigeria PLC (GNPLC) strategic plan is an effective & flexible Sales Support Function enabling great communication to & from the Sales function, accurate sales reporting, sound financial planning and data analysis of sales budgets

The Divisional Administration Manager will be responsible for the development, administration, and control of Sales reporting Systems.

With emphasis on the collation, analysis, and integration of all sales information for the purpose of sales Targeting, Sales Reporting including Pricing, Cheque Management and Expenditure Control

Dimensions:

Financial

Trade cheque, Divisional budget and fixed assets –about 40 sales vans and furniture and equipments in offices

Market Complexity

Works with an Admin support person in the Divisional Office. The Divisional Sales manager also works in the office with 2 divisional finance sales staff.

Purpose of Role:

To be the point of call for the Divisional sales manager in the delivery of up to date information and administration.

Top 3-5 Accountabilities:

To minimise and simplify all Administrative procedures in the Divisions

To check accuracy (product quantity, cost, credit limit) and timely processing of orders

Timely payment of all sales proceeds and production of weekly update of returned cheques/recovery

Sales reporting

Effective management of budget

To be responsible for reconciliation fulls and empties used for promotion/free stock

Management of vehicle (maintaince, record, reporting accident, right garage etc)

Qualifications and Experience Required:

§ Graduate with 3 to 5- years commercial expertise gained across Finance, Sales or Customer management
§ Good People Skills
§ Good communication skills –written and verbal
§ Knowledge of the Nigerian Drinks industry
§ Experience of originating and controlling budgets
§ Good IT skills
§ Good analytical skillsl

Barriers to Success in Role:

Lack of computer literacy especially excel application

Poor interpersonal skills
