Vacancy Description
Oando Foundation is currently seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (ME) Officer to assist with the monitoring and evaluation of the Foundation’s programmes and projects in line with agreed standards.
(Note: All candidates with less than 3 years post NYSC will be required to pass an aptitude test before they can be considered for interview).
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the development and implementation of ME frameworks.
Assist with the monitoring and evaluation of ongoing programmes/projects in line with agreed targets and performance indicators.
Assist with on-site project monitoring and inspection.
Assist with the development and monitoring of key project activities and time lines and milestones.
Proactively identify issues and proffer recommendations to ME Manager.
Assist ME Manager and implementing partners in the strategic use of data and information to improve implementation of projects in the different focus areas. http://www.naijajobslink.com
Monitor adherence of implementing partners to the Foundation’s policies and procedures.
Coordinate and collate partner progress reports on on-going programme/projects.
Review and analyze project partner reports In line with agreed performance indicators
Prepare weekly ME progress reports for the ME Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned by the ME Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
A first degree in any discipline.
Two (2) years work experience in a non-profit or development sector organization.

Result oriented/quality focused disposition.
Good report writing skills.
Good leadership and people management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft office productivity tools particularly Access, Excel and Word.
