I have been doing a lot of research on effective online recruitment, aptitude test, GMAT type test administration and management. The reason for this post is that I have surplus materials on GMAT styled test that I don’t need and I will like to share with you guys. From what I see, a lot of banks are currently (GTB, First bank, etc). Recruitment is an ongoing process and so is job search. Even if you have a job in no time at all you will like to have a better one. I am interested in giving you materials you need to get the job of your dreams.
All you have to do is simple
1. Visit this blog thrice (3x) a week and a new set of tests will be waiting for you
2. Set out 40mins to finish the test you just downloaded. Each test paper has 20 questions and answers. You are expected to time yourself and finish the questions in the specified time
3. Use the answers below to grade yourself.
4. Post your score in the comments section. It’s really important to post your scores because that is the only way to have an idea how you fared amongst your mates.
The trick here is to be as truthful as possible. Even if you don’t do well in a test, remember, practice makes perfect.
All you need to do is download the test, set out time, take test, grade yourself, and post your scores. Five very simple steps. Do this and you have taken a huge step to getting the job of your dreams
