As part of a program of change the company is looking to recruit a talented and enthusiastic HR generalist professional in the role of HR and Administration Manager. Reporting to the GM Finance, Admin and ICT you will be responsible for managing a small team providing professional advice and support on the full range of HR activity, you will have acute attention to detail, a solid understanding of employment legislation and the ability to manage and implement the human resources strategy, policy and culture. The ideal candidate should possibly be working as an expat in a similar position for a West Africa Central and/or Nigerian located company, and have sound experience with the local mentality and HR/Payroll related content laws and regulations.
