CONSULTING ASSOCIATE

Description:  

 


Job purpose





Dynamic individual, who is keen to learning, takes

initiative, a team player, bold and articulate in communicating

their thoughts, disciplined with integrity and loves to

personally grow by total commitment to creating value in any

initiatives they are involved in.

As a strategic management consultant, they will be guided

to learn how to advise organizations about key strategic issues

concerning restructuring and transformation, assessment of

risk, as well as how to improve profitability, competitive

advantage, shareholder value and efficiency.


Duties and

responsibilities


• Determining and clarifying strategic

and operational problems via consultation

• Identifying problems within processes and seeking

solutions through research etc.

• Undertaking research into the industry sector, markets

and competitors

• Collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and

statistics

• Compiling and presenting information verbally, visually

and in writing

• Identifying and assessing the pros and cons of possible

strategies, outlining objectives

• Developing, advising about and implanting agreed

solutions

• Process documentation and general book keeping and

understanding of financial processes


Qualifications :  

 


Fresh graduates from any academic

background can enter the profession, but should have an

excellent record of academic achievement.

A degree in accounting, business, management, economics,

mathematic or statistics is more preferable and an added

advantage.

Any graduate with an international masters degree and

exposure also most desirable.

Qualifications include:

• Education – Fresh Graduate in any

field (Masters in foreign institution added

advantage)

• Commercial awareness & interest in dynamic

businesses with a keen interest to learning new things and

flexibility of managing multiple projects at a time

• Good numerical & Excellent communication, IT,

interpersonal skills

• Analytical abilities & natural problem solver

mindset

• Personal characteristics: friendly, courteous,

respectful of others, team player & focused

• Any Professional Certifications also very

desirable

• Minimal working experience if any

Working conditions
Might be required to work on Saturdays some days and long

hours during the week 8 – 6pm. Understanding that this business

is a start-up, they might be required to make some sacrifices

towards growing the business however the will always be

eventually compensated for any sacrifices made. Potential for

quick increase in remuneration strictly based on

performance.


MARKETING ASSOCIATE

As a marketing & sales associate, they will be

required to manage ALL social media communications, directly

market & sell products & services to corporate clients,

manage customer accounts, identify new opportunities for

growth, create awareness for products & services across

Nigeria.


Duties and

responsibilities


• Determining strategic and operational

market growth opportunities with customers

• Manage campaigns, customer service platforms &

communications to third parties

• Undertaking market research into the industry sectors,

markets and competitors

• Collecting, analyzing and interpreting customer data

and statistics

• Designing and broadcasting via newsletters, blogs &

ALL social media campaigns

• Identifying and assessing the pros and cons of possible

strategies, outlining objectives and managing the ROI for each

adopted

• Engaging corporate clients, manage targeting, design

& conduct research

• Identify new market opportunities, new clients,

advertisements, competitiveness
