ESTATE MANAGEMENT – GENERAL MANAGER ADMINISTRATION

role in acquiring resources and co-ordinating the efforts of

team members as well as third party contractors in ensuring

Skills and competencies


  • At least 10 years hands on experience in an operations

    management related role with 5 years in a supervisory role.

count, documents and report to supervisors. He/She will be in

order quantity.
Skills and competencies


  • 4 years’ experience in a multi-technical material

    stock/stores environment

ESTATE MANAGEMENT – TRANSPORT/FLEET OFFICER

the estates fleet operations. He/She will be in charge of

monitoring fleet personnel’s operations. Manage health, safety

and routine checks on all vehicles and fleet clerks/drivers.

Oversee strategic development and maintenance of relevant fleet

records and liaise with automobile suppliers. Must be able to

recruit, interview, select, coach and train fleet

clerks/drivers.
Skills and competencies


  • 3 year experience gained in a similar position with various

    vehicle industry trucks eg. Pickups

  • A diploma or degree in Transport, Automobile Engineering or

    related courses

  • Must be able to use fleet management software, tracking

    system and have a good knowledge of Nigerian roads.

  • Good knowledge of all transport legislation, traffic

    regulations and procedures to ensure company compliance.

  • Must possess leadership and supervisory skills.
